Surfing Under the Northern Lights
I recently came across a really visually appealing documentary surf film that follows a group of pro surfers and film-makers to the Arctic. The weather and the water are harsh and cold and lend an unusual aesthetic. The film really lands when they capture some amazing surfing at night while the sky is lit up with colors of the Aurora Borealis. It is truly epic.
This is now my go to “white noise” on Netflix while working on my laptop. Excellent film!
